Terms of Use

These terms apply to everyone who uses Growdial (growdial.com). By creating an account or using the website you accept them. Give correct information and keep your password secret; you are responsible for what happens under your account.

1. Students

Courses, live sessions, recordings and appointments are provided by independent teachers. Access is for your own personal learning — do not share your login, or copy, record or resell course content. Prices are shown before you pay; refunds follow the rules on the Refunds & Cancellations page and are reviewed by our team.

2. Teachers

Teachers are independent and are responsible for the accuracy and legality of their content, and must own or have permission for everything they upload or stream. The platform charges a service fee on each payment, shown in your Earnings page; the fee, any payment-gateway charge and any withdrawal fee or tax deduction are taken before money reaches your balance, and a minimum balance applies before you can withdraw. If you connect a YouTube channel for live streaming you remain responsible for that channel and for following YouTube's terms and policies.

3. Payments

Payments are processed by Razorpay. An order is confirmed only when the payment is confirmed. If something goes wrong with a payment, contact support with your order details.

4. What is not allowed

• Illegal, hateful, sexual or misleading content, or content that infringes someone else's rights.
• Harassing other users, spamming, or trying to take students or payments off the platform.
• Trying to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the website, or using bots to copy content.

5. Live sessions

Be respectful in live chat. Teachers may block a viewer from chat. Gifts and per-minute calls are paid from your wallet or by card and are not refundable once delivered, except where the law says otherwise.

6. Suspension and ending your account

We may suspend or remove an account or content that breaks these terms or the law. You may stop using the platform at any time and ask us to delete your account.

7. Our responsibility

We work to keep the platform available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service or any particular learning outcome. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

8. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; continuing to use the platform after a change means you accept it. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
