Shipping & Delivery Policy

Growdial sells online services only — courses, live classes, recorded sessions, 1-on-1 video appointments, live video calls and wallet top-ups. Nothing is shipped and there are no delivery charges.

How you receive what you buy

• Courses and recordings: available in your account immediately after payment (Learning → My courses).
• Live classes: you join from the website or app at the scheduled time; class times are shown on the course page and in My Sessions.
• Appointments: confirmed immediately; the meeting link is shown in My Appointments and sent by e-mail.
• Live calls and gifts: delivered instantly during the live session.
• Wallet top-ups: added to your balance as soon as the payment is confirmed (usually within seconds).

A confirmation is shown on screen, and a receipt is sent to your registered e-mail or WhatsApp.

Did not receive access?

If you paid but do not see your purchase within 2 hours, contact us with your transaction ID and we will fix it or refund you as per our Refund Policy.
