Live Session & Call Rules

These rules apply to everyone who watches, chats, sends gifts or joins a call in a live session on Growdial. They are part of our Terms of Use.

1. Be respectful

No abuse, threats, bullying, hate, sexual content, nudity, violence, spam or selling. Do not share phone numbers, addresses or other personal details — yours or anyone else's — in chat or on a call. Teachers can pause someone's chat, end a call or block a viewer; our team can suspend accounts.

2. Calls with the teacher

• Public call: everyone watching the live can see (and usually hear) you. The teacher may turn the call's sound off for viewers.
• Private call: only you and the teacher.
• Calls are free or charged per minute, as shown before you join. You pay only for the minutes you talk; the time left from your wallet is shown during the call. A call that does not connect is not charged.
• You join a waitlist and calls are taken in order. Keep the waiting screen open.
• Photos, screenshots or PDFs shared during a call can be opened only by you and the teacher.

3. No recording

Do not record, screenshot or re-share other people's calls or the live session without their permission. The teacher's live stream may be saved on YouTube by the teacher.

4. Under 18

Students under 18 must have a parent's or guardian's permission to use calls and payments, and should use private calls only for study questions.

5. Gifts

Gifts are optional tips to the teacher. They are not refundable and do not buy any extra service.

6. Report a problem

If someone breaks these rules, use Contact Us or Help & Support in your account, with the date, time and the teacher's name.
